Im a repeat patient of this dental office and Dr. Burr. The staff here are professional and very welcoming. Connie at the reception area, treats me like family. Dr. Burr is very personable and has a great ease about him. Thats important as it makes me feel a sense of calm as well. Not many people I know look forward to going to the dentist. With that said, this office knows this and will make your visit as pleasurable as they possibly can.
Dr. Burrs office and staff are wonderful. Like most people, I have a great deal of anxiety when it comes to dentists and when I expressed this to Dr Burr. The day of my appointment, he and his staff made me extremely comfortable and my procedure was done within a half hour. I am recommending ever one that I know to Dr Burr.
Doctor Burr is a truly caring, compassionate and dedicated Dentist who even remembers single emergency visit patients with years past since visit. He makes time to see patients in need of emergency treatment and treats you as if you were a patient for years.He is personable and tells you up front what your choices of treatment are and he makes sure you understand exactly what those options are and what each options result would be. Dr Burr makes even the most frightened patient feel comfortable and at ease in a way few Dentist can.
So here is why I’m leaving a 1 star. A while back I had an impacted wisdom tooth. My face was swollen to the point I could barely fit a spoon. I knew right away I would need wisdom teeth extractions. I called several places and they were booked for weeks. Finally I called this office and right away let the front desk attendant, receptionist, or what ever title she had that I needed wisdom teeth extractions. She assured me they did extractions and I asked if they had an oral surgeon on staff, she assured me they did. I was very happy to know they had an opening the very next day. I show up and they take me in. I explain to the dental hygienist my issue despite me filling out the forms and have already explained over the phone why I was coming. The hygienist tells me they only do regular extractions not wisdom teeth extractions and that based on the dentist review they will see what my problem is. Not even 3 minutes later the dentist tells me I have an impacted tooth and that I need a wisdom tooth extraction which is what I called and told the receptionist to begin with. They told me they would charge me $30 for “consult” for sitting on the chair. All they could do is refer me to an oral surgeon and that would be an additional $15 and sent me on my way. They also charged my insurance $90. Two weeks later they send me a billing statement asking for an additional $15. I angrily asked the staff why was I being charged more when they were of no help. The person rudely told me because I sat on their chair and received a consultation of what I already knew. I didn’t go for a consultation, I went for an extraction. It’s like going to a mechanic asking for your brakes to be changed and they come to you with “you need your brakes changed, we don’t change brakes and we are charging you for letting you know.” I’ve never gotten more robed by “professionals” in my life. Needless to say I called the two phone numbers they gave me as referrals for wisdom teeth extraction and both were 2 months out for availability. This office deserves -2 stars. ⭐️
I had an emergency while vacationing in the area and had a hard time finding a dentist that would see me same day. The staff at Advanced Dental Care were able to work me into their schedule and were happy to do so. The office staff were very friendly and helpful. The office has the latest technology so getting x-rays was a fast and easy process. Dr. Burr was very professional yet easy to talk to. I wish my dentist at home was as friendly and proficient. If I am ever in the area with a dental emergency, Ill know who to call!
I seen Dr Burr for what I thought might be a root canal. Turns out it was just a cracked molar and needed a crown. It was an easy fix!Dr Burr and his staff were amazing! They made sure that I was comfortable for the procedure. It only took 2 hours and my crown that was ordered came in, right on time. It fit perfectly and didnt need any adjustment. A great first time visit and experience. We will definitely be calling Dr Burr our family dentist.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND KEEP LOOKING FOR A DIFFERENT DENTIST!! Worst dentist EVER!!! Made an appt 2 weeks out and 15 minutes before I was supposed to be there they cancelled and said I needed an oral surgeon. They even called the day before to make sure I was going to be there, I said yes, then the snotty receptionist said they dont have nitrous at the office I was going to, I said why did you schedule me for that office then? She said I didnt know. Maybe they should get qualified people to schedule their appts! Then she said I can get you in the office on Friday that has nitrous, I said that would be great because I was still in pain and then they called me 15 minutes before I was supposed to be there to tell me I needed an oral surgeon!! They made me wait 2 weeks in pain and then cancelled! They could have saved themselves a bad review by letting me know when I saw them that they couldnt do it! I wouldnt send my dog to them! Awful people and snotty reception!!!
Loved this dental office! Dr. Burr and his staff were so friendly and accommodating! I drive over an hour just to have Dr. Burr work on my teeth! He really cares about his clients!
Dr. Burr does an outstanding job explaining everything to you. He takes his time and makes sure you have every question answered and are 100% satisfied on every visit. He stays current with all the new technology and techniques. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
I am very afraid of a dentist, I’m at 50.The Doctor explains everything as he does it. Nice people in office. So far so Great. I have had 1 back tooth pulled. And cleaning. Working on a Crown soon.
Wonderful office. Dr Burr has been excellent from day one. Makes going to the dentist far less agonizing than it used to be.
My wife came in for a free cleaning offered by her insurance.They did a perio maintenance instead and when our insurance didn’t cover that they changed us $241.00.They never asked insurance company if this was covered...We continue to fight this charge and never use them again...Beware
Went to six other DDS first this office needs six stars When I lived in Orlando I had same DDS for 20 years and Dr Burr is better
